Indian Institute of Advanced Study (IIAS), a research based institute, set up by Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India invites tenders to formulate a panel of maximum Six Offset Printers - maximum up to three each in Category A (for printing of Books with Paper) & Category B (Printing of Journals and other Miscellaneous Items with Paper) as per defined Technical Evaluation Criteria for each category, having professional and latest facilities of Pre-press, Printing, Post-press situated in Himachal Pradesh, Chandigarh & Punjab, Delhi & NCR within the defined time schedule of specific job. Printers for empanelment will be categorised in the following two categories:
(i) Category A (for printing of Books with Paper)
(ii) Category B (for printing of Journals and other Miscellaneous Items with Paper)

Categorisation will be done as per defined Technical Evaluation Criteria for each category. Maximum up to three printers will be empanelled in each category. The jobs shall be awarded to the bidder/bidders, who qualify in the Technical Bid & whose quotes would be lowest in the financial bid in each category. In case the financial bids of the lowest three bidders are not same, IIAS can invite the two printers whose bids are higher than the lowest bid, to match the lowest rates and offer the specific jobs to any of the printers as per the work load to speed up the process at the lowest rates.
