The Institute is organising a webinar series on “India in the Post- COVID19 World: Challenges and Opportunities.”
Shri Vir Sanghvi, Co-Founder, EazyDiner & Former Member, Broadcasting Content Complaints Council, Indian Broadcasting Foundation will deliver a lecture on “The Future of Food (and Eating)” under Distinguished Lecture Series on 28th September 2020 (Monday) at 3:00 PM.The talk will focus on the evolution of Indian cuisine over the last four centuries and will discuss where we are headed in the 21 st century. It will cover medieval influences and the role played by European colonisers as well as the possible future impact of globalisation on Indian food.
