भारत विभाजन की त्रासदी और भारतीय भाषाओं का साहित्य।
(सन 1947 से सन 2000 के बीच प्रकाशित साहित्य के विशेष संदर्भ में)

यह एक एतिहासिक सत्या है कि 15 अगस्त सन 1947 को हमारा देश स्वतंत्र हुआ, लेकिन विभाजन के रूप में हमें बहुत ही गहरे घाव मिले| धर्म के आधार पर हुए इस विभाजन के कारण ही हिन्दू-मुस्लिमों में भेदभाव पैदा हुआ| रोजगार, पुनर्वास, स्थानांतरण जैसी समस्याओं ने सुरसा का रूप धारण कर लिया ।विभाजन की इस त्रासदी ने मानवीय मूल्यों का ह्रास किया जिससे अत्याचार,लूटमार,नारी अत्याचार,सांप्रदायिक दंगे इत्यादि का तांडव यह देश कभी नहीं भूल सकता । भारत विभाजन का एक बड़ा और व्यापक प्रभाव यह भी रहा कि बड़े पैमाने पर लोग घर से बेघर हो गए। ऐसा लगता था कि शरणार्थियों का कोई जलजला आ गया है।
इस विभाजन की त्रासदी का व्यापक प्रभाव भारतीय जनता एवं यहाँ के संवेदनशील रचनाकारों पर हुआ । परिणाम स्वरूप हिन्दी, पंजाबी, उर्दू, बांग्ला और अंग्रेजी समेत कई भारतीय भाषाओं में इस त्रासदी को विस्तार से चित्रित किया गया । कहानी, कविता,उपन्यास और नाटक समेत साहित्य की अनेकों विधाओं में प्रचूर लेखन कार्य हुआ . . .(और पढ़ें)
Call for Papers:
A limited number of participants will be invited for the Seminar. Those interested in participating should send (preferably by email) an abstract (500 words) of the proposed paper in Hindi only along with their C.V. (One page) directly to Dr. Manish Kumar C. The last date for submission of abstract (500 words) is till 10th October 2023 05:00 PM. The Institute intends to send Invitation letters to selected participants by the 30th October, 2023. It is the policy of the Institute to publish the papers not proceedings of the seminars it organizes. Hence, all invited participants will be expected to submit complete papers (in Hindi only), hitherto unpublished and original, with citations in place, along with a reference section, to the Academic Resource Officer, Indian Institute of Advanced Study, Shimla– 171005 by 10th November, 2023. The IIAS, Shimla will be glad to extend its hospitality (free hospitality is provided only to the Seminar participant) during the seminar period and is willing to reimburse, if required, rail or air travel expenses from the place of current residence in India, or the port of arrival in India, and back.
