(iii) If cancellation is made within 3 to 7 days prior to booking, 50% rent of the conference hall booked will be deducted from the advance paid. (iv) Cancellation less than 72 hours before booking will attract 100% deduction of rent of conference hall from the advance payment. (v) Breakfast and/or lunch shall be mandatorily taken from Siddartha Vihar Mess only while using its Conference Hall. |
